I've checked the NVIDIA site and supposedly I've found updated drivers, but their forums say that these updates cause allosrts of problems like killing the ethernet controller (which is abd for me since that's how I connect to the inernet.)ĭoes HP have an updated set of drivers for this NVIDIA components? (I notice someone said to use the Vista drivers, but they looked even more downlevel than what I have).

The 7150M does not have DirectX 10 support as far as I know. Gaming on Windows XP is definately faster, for me. I downgraded to XP Pro SP3 because Vista at the moment makes the 7150M card slow. But games like Half-Life 2 based will work, GunZ, Combat Arms, Halo: Combat Evolved, GTA: SA, and so on will work just fine.
